What kind of events are a good fit at The Veranda?

Corporate cocktail receptions, convention hospitality suites, private meetings, presentations, demonstration booths, art exhibitions, luncheons. 

How do I book an event with The Veranda?

Complete the Event Request Form, and we’ll respond to you with availability, minimums, and rental information as well as food & beverage packages and menus. 

What is required to book the date?

A signed contract and 50% deposit non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once the date is booked, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.  For cancellations with less than 72 hours notice, the full amount on the contract is due.

Does The Veranda have heaters?

Heaters can be rented via third party and permitted through the SF Fire Department.  We will be happy to assist with this. 

Does The Veranda have A/V capability?

Yes, 6 TVs and internet are available for use and are included in the rental.  A microphone can be set-up for a $175 fee.

Is music available?

Yes, The Veranda streams music overhead.  You may select the genre of music and you may bring your own device to plug in if preferred.

Does The Veranda provide utensils, glassware and plates, tables and/or chairs?

Yes.
